RPG Games
RPG games are a lot of fun. I like being able be someone else for a short time. To do things I would never actually do in real life. I was introduced to RPG games almost 20 years ago. Then it involved creating a character and playing with that character. We would play once a week at my friend’s house. He was the DM, the person who organized and ran the game.
Then computer RPG games came out. It became easier to just play on the computer then to create our own game. We could play together or on our own. It was great. We still all got together, but it was to play on my computer. We met once a week and played for a few hours and then saved the game. It was a lot easier and faster than the way we used to do it. Now we play the RPG games multiplayer online. We can play together still. even though we don’t live in the same areas anymore. We have families, jobs and lives that we need to work around. Being able to meet online and play makes it easier to schedule in. We still play at least once a week. I guess we are considered diehard RPG gamers. To be honest I would rather spend an hour at home online playing with my friends then going out to a bar. I know I am going to have fun playing online and not spend a fortune.
