Spy Gear
My brother just hit that age when spy gear is the greatest thing ever, thirteen. Ok, he is actually thirty going on thirteen, but he still loves spy gear. He always has. It started when we were kids watching inspector gadget. My brother was always trying to figure out how to get the gadgets to work in real life. He even ordered all those gadgets that used to be advertised in the comics. It is a stage he never grew out of.
Even today his is fascinated with any spy gear gadgets. He likes to buy the kits that let him create his own gadgets. It is an adventure visiting him. You never know what new gadget he has added to his home. He has spy cameras all over the place. There are hidden compartments in almost everything. He has every piece of spy gear that is on the market, and then some. My kids love playing his version of hide and seek. It usually involved being in the dark and using some type of night vision or something that shows heat sources. He has just as much fun as they do. It lets him play with his toys instead of just collecting them. With his love of spy stuff I always expected him to become a detective or something, not a writer. He loves what he does as much as he loves his gadgets.
