I can remember stacks of pizza boxes, mounds of chip bags, and mountains of soda cans being laid out over the dining room table while my friends and I were playing RPG games all weekend. We would play for days, with very little rest, and run through an entire adventure module or just keep playing until all our characters were killed in battle.

Once I hit my twenties, I kind of got away from it. Recently, inspired by the online games that are role playing, I decided to see if I could still play. I talked with a few guys I knew that still play rpg games a little and asked if I could join some week. About a month later, one of them called me and asked if I'd like to fill in for someone who was sick. Everything came screaming back to me about how great it is to play RPG games with a bunch of friends. While I didn't stay up for two days straight (I was tired after three hours), I rekindled by love for RPG
games and am now a regular member of their monthly gaming sessions.
