When my friend told me she was going on two cruises in 2010, I decided to get her something she might really be able to use for Christmas.  I found some gadget gifts at an online internet store.  The store is a discount store, and that helped with my selection too!  I found her a SVAT LT 12 Global Talking Translator that translates in twelve languages.  The fact that they make something like that just blew me away!  She loves online games and game consoles.  I even thought of getting her some spy gear; but, the translator was by far the best gift I could give her.

She has always loved to travel, and I was surprised she never learned any other language.  However, with gadget gifts such as this one, she will not have any problems.  I recently saw a scary movie about some girls going on a trip to another country, and they had so manyi bad things happen, it just scared me to death.  I will feel much better knowing she has this translator.  You don't have many great friends, and I plan on keeping this one!
