spy gearDeer hunting season is upon us and all of my friends have spent weeks getting prepared to go out and search for that perfect trophy deer. Now I am not into hunting myself and so I do not know too much about the subject but I can tell you I was amazed at the latest technology that hunters use to seek and find that huge buck that they can tell all of their friends about. The other day my friend Jim came over and asked me to help him set up a deer stand on his property with him. Of course not knowing what I was getting myself into I said yes. After trudging a mile through rain soaked fields I was amazed at the lengths he had gone to insure that this year he would take him a trophy deer. He showed me a pair of range finder binoculars that will tell him exactly how far away a deer is standing from home within a certain range before he shoots at it. He was also showing me that he had a night vision camera installed in his deer stand that recorded any moments of the deer so that he knows if any are in the area and what time they were there. I was impressed at all the high tech spy gear that was associated with this sport. Never before had I had any interest in deer hunting but with all the cool spy gear it was really beginning to peak my interest. I even found myself volunteering to go along with him on his daily rituals to check out his deer stand prior to opening day of hunting season just so I could play with all his spy gear.


I have decided that perhaps next year I may just have to take up hunting so that I can get myself some really cool spy gear. I guess what they say is true that it really is about the hunt and with all that nifty spy gear I can certainly see what the attraction to this sport is. I decided to go on line and take a look around to see what spy gear I might think about purchasing for next years hunting season.
