game consoles, rpg games The day Distirct 9 hit theaters, I was standing in line for the 9:15 pm show. All of the hype mixed with my love for science fiction made this film a must see. Let me tell you, I walked out of the theater head flooded with action sequences replaying in my mind hoping that this movie is brought to game consoles. For those who have not seen it, I highly suggest giving into to high movie theater ticket prices and bunkering down for one of the most out of nowhere soon to be classic alien movies ever created. From the trailers it looks like there could be some good action sequences and then the movie starts documentary style and for thirty or so minutes viewers are wisked around MNU by a funny, absentminded host set in charge of having the aliens sign a release form to move to a new more isolated living quarter but then the uprising begins and it is all magic from there on out.

 

Game consoles need a good alien game. This film would fit nicely into the RPG games genre because there are multiple ways the story could have been taken. Those angles would be fun to explore on game consoles. I hope the video game is not just shot out by developers trying to cash out on an epic film like so many other movie to video game titles.
